Rapamune is an anti-rejection drug for patients who have had an kidney transplant. While taking RAPAMUNE and cyclosporine, you will need to have periodic blood tests to check your blood cholesterol and triglycerides. Limit your exposure to sunlight. Always wear protective clothing and sunscreen with a high SPF number. Avoid sunlamps and tanning beds. Your doctor will need to check your progress at regular visits while you are using this medicine. Be sure to keep all appointments.
