Lacri-lube S.O.P. Indications: For use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye. Lacri-lube S.O.P. Directions: Pull down the lower lid of eye and apply a small amount (one fourth inch) of ointment to inside of the eyelid. Store Lacri-lube S.O.P. away from heat. Protect Lacri-lube S.O.P. from freezing. Retain Lacri-lube S.O.P. carton for future reference. Ingredients in Lacri-lube S.O.P: Active Ingredients: Contains: Mineral Oil 42.5% (Eye Lubricant), White Petrolatum 56.8% (Eye Lubricant) Inactive Ingredients in Lacri-lube S.O.P: Chlorobutanol (0.5%), Lanolin Alcohols Warnings: For external use only. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of Lacri-lube S.O.P. container to any surface. Replace cap after using Lacri-lube S.O.P. Stop using Lacri-lube S.O.P. and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. |
