Probiostat® Vaginal Capsules:
Probiostat® Vaginal has a formula containing a blend of probiotics that provides a wide range of benefits to the vagina. Probiostat® Vaginal is the only vaginal probiotic that contains 5 strains of bacteria, which are: - Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp.bulgaricus - Lactobacillus thermophilus - Lactobacillus rhamnosus - Lactobacillus acidophilus - Lactobacillus casei Probiostat® Vaginal consists of live micro-organisms that are beneficial and suppress the growth of pathogens (harmful bacteria). Probiostat® Vaginal aids in restoring the vaginal flora by introducing lactic acid bacteria directly into the vaginal environment. Probiostat® Vaginal is an adjunctive treatment for vaginal infections to restore and to maintain vaginal flora. Probiostat® Vaginal treatment can be used before, after or concurrently with other gynaecological therapies. Probiostat® Vaginal contains a bacteria called L. casei which reduces the ability of harmful bacteria to survive. Once the harmful bacteria are weakened, the L. casei can work to acidify the vaginal flora and help reverse the infection process. Probiostat® Vaginal treatment can be safely used before, after or concurrently with other gynaecological therapies. Directions: 1 capsule inserted into the vagina at bedtime for 10 consecutive days.
